Test Demo: Turning

This free test demo is part of a set of Actions that make Optimus turn around more human-like. As their stability is affected by surface friction, servo calibration, and servo condition, it is best to try this demo first and see how well it works on your specific robot.

If the conditions are sub-optimal, the robot may fall backward-left or forward-right while turning right, so be prepared to catch it if necessary.

The download includes a single Action that makes Optimus turn right by approximately 90 degrees. Use it on a smooth and level surface such as wood or vinyl, not on carpet.
Installation is easy, instructions are included, and also explained in the FAQ

This turning Action is developed for Elite Optimus. Although it can also be installed on Flagship Optimus, its performance on Flagship is untested and probably not stable due to the difference in mass.
